29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had to constantly chase up for updates on the viewings that were booked in and how they went, which was pretty poor as they only managed 2 viewings in the 6 weeks they had the property on the market. we had to chase them for a plan on what they were going to do to get more viewings, 9000 hits on right move but only 2 viewings. all talk and unfortunately no action. the manager couldn't be any nicer to deal with just unfortunately the experience wasn't as good as we had hoped for.

The staff work as a team which makes for great customer care. They offer excellent advice on how to obtain the best price for your property.
17th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)Received a letter to say i was liable to pay cost towards a fence which is on my neighbours ground. The estimate from the companies clearly state who is responsible and my address is not on the estimate but they are trying to say it is on the title deeds. I called my solicitor yesterday morning who got back to me in the afternoon and told me it was absolutely incorrect, There is a communal pathway between the two properties and each property has their own individual boundary. Therefore not liable to help with cost of fencing. However my solicitor also told me that the fencing provided when property was built was wooden fence posts with 3 lines of wire to separate the gardens at the front this separation was between 26 and 28 and then a fence between 30 and 32 as there was no requirement to separate 28 and 30 due to pathway. At the back of the house each property had the same wooden posts with 3 wires strung across. Through time resident decided they wanted more privacy and they have all done this in different manors. IE. Hedges, fence panels and some installing brick walls all paid by the individual owner / resident of own property. This company has decided to take it upon themselves to pester residents which have been in their property for over 50 years to subsides their property owners bank account by telling them they need to pay up. I have already put up fencing in my back garden which has enhanced both my neighbours gardens without asking them to contribute to it. I have also had issues with this company as regards to the maintenance of the back gardens they are supposed to be managing over grown bushes,trees blocking out the light to my garden and damaging my garden hut. Which due to the trees and bushes have caused side of shed to be replaced due to dampness caused by the bushes that had grown wild and the roof had to be felted again due to the trees and leaves. I also have a job every year clearing up all the leaves which fall on my decking and the destruction caused to my decking which needs to be painted every year. I have yet to have an apology from the so called business with regards to this and for them to hide behind a title deed. I think they should check before trying to bully people out of their money.

15th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)I moved to West Lothian about 5 years ago and up until that point, apart from buying & selling houses, I never had the need to seek out legal services. That soon changed . . . Sorting out my parent’s estate after they both died intestate, selling my aunt’s house when she was assessed as having no capacity and going into care and a requirement to update my own Personal Will and Power of Attorney documentation all seemed to happen one after the other. I sought out Stewart Watt & Co. after they were recommended to me and I have been delighted with the service, advice, knowledge, efficiency and professionalism I received from their solicitor/partner Zara Mair. In conclusion, over a very short period of time, I required a wide variety of guidance and legal expertise which Stewart Watt provided that helped me enormously . . . Thank you!

The most amazing part I would never leave out would be how committed to answering and coming over to the house or the property whenever we had any challenge or issues. They were really handsome and responsible. I’m truly amazed by these show of dedication and operational sense. Thanks guys
