4th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)This wasn’t an easy sale it took a while to sell and the. it fell through and then sold again quickly . I was a panicky seller but both Jaimie abs Nicks were Professional and personable and I felt we actually became friends - almost ! Highly recommend

It was a long chain of houses but Claire kept me updated all the way along and was reassuring that everything would go through. Highly recommended.

Although when I looked at cost, it was slightly more, the service we received far outweighed the money we paid. We changed to Wainwright's after using another estate agents and I don't regret it. Within a few weeks they had sold our house and the service was impeccable. Every member of staff was dedicated to selling our house. Don't hesitate to use Wainwright's estate agents. 10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)We had a great experience with the Charles Louis team. From start to finish we had a good feeling for the company and we weren’t disappointed. Our sale didn’t go without its problems but Jamie, Zoe and Helen were always supportive and all correspondence was replied to immediately or at least asap.<br>The team are very grounded and professional and you have confidence that they’re doing all the necessary administrative and diplomatic work on your behalf in the background to get the sale through the line.<br>The very personable approach the whole team have is very comforting and it made you feel that they genuinely cared. We spoke and messaged Helen a lot !!!! She remained very patient and professional and knew she wanted the best outcome for us.<br>We would highly recommend them all in a heartbeat.

From start to finish, Lynne, Seth and the whole team have been absolutely fantastic.<br><br>I’ve mainly dealt with Lynne throughout the process, and she has been so lovely, helpful and reassuring. Buying my first home ended up being a much more complicated process than I expected, but Lynne was always there to keep me updated, answer my questions and help wherever she could.<br><br>Seth has also been incredibly helpful and friendly whenever I’ve dealt with him, and I’ve genuinely felt so well looked after throughout the whole process.
