   Marian provided an outstanding and what I would say, an unbelievable service. Availability was clear, expectations were managed, fees agreed, support provided where necessary and options available for me, the customer, to decide. The main point to make about Marian and Murphy Waldron Estates, is there was open and direct communication. At no point did I think I was being "sold" a service. I was offered a service with complete transparency, no pressure, no promises, just a clear set of communication and completely honest.
