????? We cannot thank Bradford & Howley enough for the outstanding service they provided in selling our parents’ house. This has been an incredibly emotional and difficult time for our family. Both of our parents had to move into residential care, and sadly they both passed away before the sale was completed, meaning the property also had to go through probate. From the outset, Bradford & Howley gave us excellent advice and guidance, helping us make informed decisions at every stage. They marketed the property quickly, managed all the viewings professionally, kept my sister and me fully informed throughout the process, and ultimately achieved the right price for the house. There were several issues with the chain along the way, and it unfortunately collapsed twice through no fault of the agents. Despite these setbacks, Sarah and Liam remained positive, proactive and determined, working tirelessly to keep everything on track.
