Kuldip and Omar have been amazing at showing us properties and along with Anthony and Emma they have been easy to talk to on the phone answering the one million and one questions we have. Last but definitely not at all the least, Prabhdeep has offered us a very insightful view of what we can expect. He was able to put things into perspective for us and show us what our path forward would look like. We would not have made the decision to house hunt without his help. Their combined efforts have made this process less difficult and not as scary as we would have initially thought. We would strongly recommend working with them to find the perfect fit for you.

She is always available whenever we need help or have questions, and she responds quickly and professionally every time. Isabella is friendly, reliable, and truly cares about the tenants. They have been extremely helpful throughout, dealing efficiently with my many questions and concerns (sorry!). Mia went above and beyond to make things happen when I thought they wouldn’t.<br><br>I’ve had a fair few issues with the property I’ve just moved into, which are not Simmons and Son’s fault, but Mia and Danielle have ensured everything has been dealt with quickly, which I really appreciate.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Simmons and Son and especially Mia and Danielle—both are kind, patient, and very supportive. I’m glad to have them helping me as I settle into my new home and for anything I may need in the future during my time at the property.<br><br>I would also like to mention the office based at Farnham road has a really nice interior, not like any other estate agents I've seen!<br><br>Thank you both so much for everything so far ????????????

19th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Superb. Fair rates with an exceptional service. Sold our house within 2 weeks. Also sold a neighbours house in 2 weeks as well, after being on the market with other agentsfor literally 3+ years. The marketing is far better than other agents, with very clear and detailed floor plans and brilliant video promotion, not the usual picture scrolling stuff, it has voice overs narration, music and more. Watch out Hollywood !!! Many thanks Luke for all your help. Very much appreciated and would 1000% reccomend.

6th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. 3rd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.
