3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Fantastic company to deal with when selling your house. I
cant be any more complimentary than saying they were totally Professional, Helpful & always Fabulous !
From Shane who did all of our viewings to Lynne in the office who was incredible on the actual day of completion.
Thank you to Robin and his "Top Team" - I HIGHLY recommend this company !
19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We appointed Sam Daniels at Knight Frank Bath to sell our house after meeting several local agents, and he proved to be an excellent choice.

From the outset, Sam was exceptionally well prepared. He had researched the local market in detail, explained his recommended pricing clearly, and set out a convincing and realistic sales strategy — including what was worth doing to prepare the house and, just as importantly, what was not necessary. His local knowledge was excellent, but what impressed me most was the quality of his judgement: thoughtful, straightforward and commercially astute without ever feeling pushy.

Throughout the sale, Sam was consistently responsive, reliable and easy to deal with. He communicated promptly, explained developments clearly and handled potentially awkward situations calmly and intelligently. When there was competing interest, and later an unexpected fall-through, he reacted quickly and kept the process moving.

One of the factors that influenced us when choosing Knight Frank was Sam’s explanation of how the team works and his very strong record of progressing agreed sales through to completion. Having now experienced the process, I can see why. He remained actively involved after the offer was accepted, communicated effectively with the conveyancers and helped navigate the transaction through to completion.

The house sold quickly at the asking price, but beyond the outcome itself, I particularly valued Sam’s professionalism, honesty, tact and sound judgement throughout. I always felt that he was acting in our interests and that we could rely on what he said. I would recommend Sam and Knight Frank in Bath very highly.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)My partner and I have just brought our first house through Cooper & Tanner, Frome Brand. Henry and his team were excellent and very helpful

23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)The team did a great job at supporting us through the sale of our house which ended up being longer and more complicated than hoped but through no fault of Mark Templer. The communication and support from start to finish was brilliant, we were always kept updated and never left wondering what was happening. Being able to speak to someone quickly and regularly made such a difference. I really valued the expertise and empathy Louis and the team were able to offer during a difficult time and sale.

12th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I worked with Abbie Heaton towards sorting out renting a place in Bath on short notice. I had some concerns and limitations due to moving cities and working hours. Abbie was great at working around my schedule and providing the best advice.
29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)First-time renter, Hamptons were incredibly kind and patient with us as we went through the process! In particular, Rio was so incredibly helpful and patient with us as we were sorting referencing and really helped us move quick for our tenancy date!
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Do not rent from Connells Taunton unless you want to be ignored and frustrated. I moved out over two months ago, and I am still waiting for my full deposit refund.
The property owner instructed the agency to release the full amount just three days after I moved out. Since then, I have been calling and emailing Connells constantly, but the vast majority of my messages are completely ignored. On the rare occasions I actually get a reply, nobody can explain why it is taking so long.
Their website claims refunds take 5–7 business days (which has been my experience with every other agency I’ve used), but the reality here is completely different. I understand that finding a home right now is difficult and avoiding certain agencies is tough, but please save yourself the stress and avoid Connells Taunton if you can.
They ignored the landlord, they ignored my emails for two months, and they just ignored a formal TDS warning deadline.

Thank you both for making such an important milestone a positive and memorable experience!- 1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I popped into Connels yeovil branch. I met a lovely chap called Dominic. He was very polite and professional

I would definitely recommend them
- 21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can’t rate Nisha and Konnor highly enough. They were fantastic from start to finish and made the whole process so much easier for us. Both were incredibly helpful with anything we needed, no matter how big or small, and were always happy to answer our questions and reassure us whenever we had any worries.

They were friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to help. Their communication and support throughout were outstanding, and we’re so grateful for everything they did. Thank you both!
