They keep me informed of what's happening so that I can still make my own choices in relation to maintenance and tenancies, but I am confident that they will get any issues sorted for me. Say they are going to take action and feedback then do nothing and ignore messages sent. Unfortunately, our sale was riddled with problems which held up the purchase, turning it into a stop-start process for nine frustrating months. But, Wilkie May & Tuckwood's perfect understanding of our difficulties and their highly professional help in solving them, was exemplary.
