14th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)We dealt with Knight Frank between January and May 2026, purchasing a house through them in the Winchester area. During the process our agent was always calm, helpful and encouraging. From the initial viewing to completion they were quick to respond and follow up any questions we had, being available within an hour or two during a busy day. They were focused at all times on finding a way to get us over that exchange of contracts line, liaising with the relevant parties (vendors, solicitors, the management company), anticipating and dealing with issues that might hold things up.

Christopher Hazel in particular deserves a very special mention, he has been as helpful as possible to speed up the purchase with his advice and experience, it has been a pleasure working with him. 15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We first meet Jamie Zagaroli when viewing a property in Chandlers Ford. Jamie has been extremly helpful ,courteous and very obliging in every aspect making the purchase relatively smooth right up to completion and we are most grateful for all the help and advise offered. Nothing was too much when asked to contact the seller for information regarding the property advise on local authorities and services. we can recommend Jamie highly for his professionalism and attitude for a smooth conclusion of a property purchase S P and BF
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

22nd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out! Dominic Fergus-Bentall
28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Zero professionalism. It is the second time they cancel my viewings saying an offer has already been made and accepted even without knowing if I would make a better offer on the houses. If you are a seller, please think twice before getting in business with these people.

Selling a house can be a stressful experience, but the team made us feel supported and reassured from start to finish. They were always friendly, approachable, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. A very special thank you goes to Nathaniel, who was absolutely exceptional. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. He was always on hand to answer our questions, offer advice, and keep everything progressing smoothly. We always felt that he had our best interests at heart, and his positive attitude and commitment made a real difference during what could have been a challenging time. Very helpful, kept in touch throughout the sale and achieved it quickly and efficiently. Streets above his competitors & would highly recommend (& use him again if he were in my new area!)
