It is an old, beautiful and complicated property and Shari was amazing to cut through some of the issues to get there - knows her stuff. Would highly recommend

8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’m doing what I enjoy most — writing a good review when exceptional service has been provided. I’ve been looking for a property for roughly two months in Liverpool and, to be honest, in that entire time I only viewed one property with Greenbank. Coincidentally, it was the only one I needed to see from them before submitting an application. Multiple agencies had messed me around and tried to pressure me into signing contracts for properties with serious problems. It wasn’t until I started bringing my builder friend to second viewings that I became aware of all these issues for the previous letting agencies I was making applications with. Having never rented in Liverpool before, I was starting to accept that you can’t find the perfect home within my budget — there always seemed to be some kind of problem, whether it was broken windows, damp, poor structural integrity, small kitchens, no gardens, or a toilet connected to the kitchen rather than upstairs, or connected to a bedroom instead of being a standalone room (both very common in Liverpool from what I have seen). However, the property I moved into through Greenbank looked perfect on the initial viewing: a good-sized garden, within budget, in a nice area that seems safe and family-friendly, with a spacious kitchen, good-sized bedrooms, and a functional bathroom. Overall, I’m very pleased. I’m currently going through the inventory process, as I only moved in two days ago, so this is a review of my experience so far. The best thing about Greenbank — aside from the tenancy itself — has been the customer service. They have been exceptional: great communication, quick progress, and efficient turnaround. I viewed on Thursday and moved in a week later on Thursday. They are positive and warm on the phone, and overall they seem great.

They kept us informed at every stage of the process and we never once had to chase for updates — communication was consistent and clear throughout. We always felt in the loop, and any questions we had were answered quickly and honestly. It really made a difference dealing with a team that genuinely stays in touch and manages everything properly. Highly recommend — a great service all round.

They did respond to my request to reshoot some photos which was very helpful and unlike other agents I have used. Always friendly and after sales has been really good too.

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I have just recently accepted an offer on a house with North Wall Property and this is now proceeding, on the market and sold within a week - which is fantastic. I was apprehensive at 1st contacting estate agents as I had never done this process before but as soon as I met with Karlee to discuss my needs, it was clear to me that North Wall were very customer focused and Karlee was considerate of my needs as it has been a sentimental journey for me due to selling my late Mum & Dads house. Karlee revisited me to answer questions I had and talked me through the process and communicated very well with me. I felt comfortable with Karlee as she took time to hear my story with the property and showed an interest without being intrusive. It has been a much easier process by having block viewings done and I was lucky enough to have 9 offers from a weekends viewings, this has saved a lot of time and energy for all. Communication from the office has also been excellent along the way, particularly from Holly who has helped me with the offers and has been on hand to answer my questions. Laura also was very informative when I needed to know more about what to consider with the offers coming in. (A shout out to Mark the photographer also as he was very sensitive to my story and took time to chat and answer questions also - thanks Mark). As the house sale proceeds, I will do another review of the overall outcome - to inform others - as North Wall Property reviews were a useful tool for me when choosing what estate agent to meet with and use. Thank you for all of your help and support so far everyone!

No matter what, they were always at the other end of the phone, ready to answer questions and offer reassurance. Selling a house can be stressful, but their calm and caring approach made everything feel so much more manageable. We’re truly grateful for their dedication and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
