We had a dreadful experience with this agency. As tenants, we had to chase and follow up for everything, this included getting a broken window fixed (2 months in the winter) and our deposit back (5 months). We appreciate that we had a horrible landlord to deal with but this agency should have done more for us especially in the light of tenants’ rights. We want to warn every prospective tenant; they were nice and forthcoming until we had settled in and from then onwards communication was just tiring. Really not recommend this agency!... Read more
