I just wanted to say a huge thanks to Liam, Ali and Lydia for seeing us through the process of selling our house/purchasing a new home. Liam come across as very professional and knowledgeable from the start and had a friendly, approachable manner. Never once were the staff here pushy - that being said they were realistic and firm about pricing our sale - which in this market is completely appreciated as we sold our house in what I consider a very heavily inflated market which seems to mean people aren't pricing houses realistically and then rightly or wrongly blaming estate agents for the lack of sale. I'm glad we went with Your Move as they didn't do this just to get our custom which seemed smart. We weren't the easiest of clients as we went on quite a journey before we got the right house but again, all patience and support on their side. Would completely recommend. We have just made a new contract with this agency two months in advance of the move and we only have 2 days with the keys to our new home and they delivered it in very bad conditions everything was dirty the boiler does not work the bathroom has no water and it will be like this For two more weeks they are not responsible for the damage, everything that appears in the photos is a lie or very old photos, nothing is updated but well, that is typical of agencies. I sincerely do not recommend this agency!!

What a fantastic team, Ali and Lusi are absolutely fantastic. I'm Dyslexic and they were both so fantastic, Ali spent ages going through paperwork, forms and helping me fill them out too. Nothing was an issue or a problem or to much trouble. The move got complicated due to the chain, but they kept me up to date and pushed solicitors, buyers and Estate agents to make my move happen and as smooth as possible too. We have just purchased a property through YourMove Eastbourne having been badly let down by another local agent. The difference was chalk and cheese. Lusi tried hard to find us a property to match our needs which was was great as we were buying form out of area. Once an offer had been accepted, she followed through chasing. By working as a team with seller and solicitors we were able to complete the entire purchase from offer to collection of keys in under 4 weeks. Some agents dismiss the buyer as unimportant as ‘not their client’ especially in a sellers market. Fortunately YourMove were not one of these agents in our experience. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and proactive. Promise s to call me back were fulfilled and timely. Punctual for viewings and listened to my comments. Sadly unable to proceed due to a certain criteria in this case. This review is for the prospective purchase side of things . Well worth an approach and they seemed patient and willing to reach out and obtain additional info.

Your move Langney dealt with the sale of our home. They were great right the way through. They marketed the property well and managed to secure a significant amount of viewings early on.
I really enjoyed engaging with the whole team from the laughs I had with Emma and the significant support we received from Ali when we had difficulties with a potential buyer and hiccups with our final purchaser.
Initially once the sale was agreed they passed us to a regional sales Progressor which was less successful but I am pleased to say that as soon as I reported concerns to Ali he took over the case, responded quickly and sorted the issues. I understand that this service has now returned in house which I feel is a positive move as you build a rapport with the team.
Every member of staff that we came into contact with were polite, welcoming and helpful. We would certainly use them again in the future.

I cannot recommend Your Move, Eastbourne, highly enough. From start to finish their professional but courteous attitude remains. They are versatile, efficient and follow through. There are a lot of similar agents out there, but none that meet to the standards of Your Move. I recommend them over and above any other agent.

To many fees and charges in the contract, some of the staff have no clue how to work with the clients, one of them walked in for a viewing of the property and opened the door without even knocking. Think twice before signing a contract with them.
