24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)From organising property viewings online and chats on the phone, to face to face viewings with staff from both Lytham and St Annes branches I can't rate them enough. Patience when I cancelled a couple of viewings when we changed our mind. Hoping we've found the property we want with them. Frank is a gentleman .
28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)The worst agents I have ever experienced, and I am a retired chartered surveyor with over 30 years in practice. I found them rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent. They failed to respond at all to any of the notices served on them in accordance with the term of the tenancy, I was totally ignored. When the rain came, it was obvious that the thick layers of paint hid a sorry lack of maintenance. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with this firm in the light of this experience. They say they have a, 'Fully Managed' tenancy while the opposite is the fact.

This team makes selling houses easy and quick whilst getting realistic values at a great service cost.<br><br>Would highly recommend each and every one of the team. So very grateful for all you help. 16th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)We can not praise Peter , James and Eve enough during what is a stressful time. We bought one house and sold two houses within 6 months . They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble . So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve . I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them . Thank you to you all at Unique for making a stressful time less stressful .
