Sarah has been absolutly fantastic throughout the entire process often going above and beyond. I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. People say that moving house is in the top 3 of most stressful things you can go through. Modern thinking has thankfully come up with methods to counteract and reduce stress in our lives. Deep breathing, yoga, music etc all help however for your home move the only thing you need is KATIE from Strutt Parker. Our journey started a few years back with a friendly and professional visit from the SP team. Despite being at the lower end of the market we were very impressed with the advice and services offered and despite a volatile market a buyer was found. Unfortunately due to bad survey we were forced to pull out of our purchase and subsequently our chain collapsed despite the best efforts from Katie. Despite the massive disappointment Katie was so supportive and understanding of the situation. There was no question of who we would call when we were ready to market again. 18 months later Katie was again amazing when we called and a pragmatic and honest conversation about the market was had and we were back on. Despite the market, we found ourselves with 3 offers within days and the advice and understanding of our views and thinking was evident in Katie when deciding which option to take.
