What a thoroughly professional Agent! I had the pleasure to deal with Annie, she was extremely personable yet highly efficient and very professional at all times.. Due to this, the whole experience proceeded smoothly and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with her throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she guided me through the lease process displaying both patience and kindness throughout. I had heard from others in the past that Symonds and Sampson are an excellent company to deal with and now having dealt with them personally - I would 100% agree. If I could give them 6 stars, I would say,, in particular, Annie was absolutely fantastic from start to conclusion. She is a true asset to what is, by all accounts, a fantastic agent.
