Callum Jones dealt with matters and was always available to discuss matters. He and Richard Murray gave us good, clear considered advice at every point of the transaction and liaised with the buyers at key points to ensure matters went smoothly. They also have excellent local knowledge and produced a very impressive sale package. The whole team is highly professional, pleasant to deal with and my sister and I felt able to trust them to produce the right result. We would highly recommend them.

They made the entire letting process smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and answering any questions promptly. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer service—they went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. It’s clear they care about both landlords and tenants, which is refreshing to see

What was really great though, was they keeping us informed whilst proactively chasing up our sizeable chain which had some very slow moving and non-communicative parties so knowing that Christina and Sally were keeping tabs on everything and actively trying to move us forwards was as great relief and definitely kept us sane. Trustworthy and helpful, would definitely recommend
20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I wholeheartedly recommend Fine and Country to sell your property. My cottage, whilst beautiful was very niche and took a while to sell in this challenging market. Their marketing was second to none. The photos great and 360 video looked really professional. Clive, Helio and the support team were straight forward to work with and I trusted the advice they offered me. They made me feel I was client. Importantly, I always knew what was happening, they are proactive and genuinely on top of the details. My previous experience with other agents in the Stroud area was disappointing. They all had excellent skills in winning my business but lacked follow through once they had my property to market.

Totally stress free handover for me. Highly recommended

Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.

He communicated clearly and kept me updated at every stage, which made everything much less stressful. He was knowledgeable about the property market and always willing to answer any questions. I felt supported from start to finish, and his advice was very useful when making important decisions. Overall, the service was efficient and reliable. I would definitely recommend Read Maurice to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property.

29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)For the most part our experience of Boardwalk was incredibly positive. Our estate agent Ester was 5 stars and genuinely was the best we've ever worked with after spending a prolonged period of buying and selling properties over the past few years with several estate agents from various companies. Ester's communication is above and beyond and I genuinely doubt you'll find a better estate agent. From her alone the premium you pay for Boardwalk is worth it. The reason however I am giving Boardwalk 4 stars is due to the sales progression side of the business. The communication was not up to the standard you would expect for the price you pay. Slow and at times unattentive comms with moments where you had to chase to get a response. Their online portal Property File is ok however our sales progressor either would update the sales progression steps late after they had happened or nor at all for both myself and our buyer. My property has sold and the sale completed and however on their portal it is still showing as the contract having not been signed yet. It's a confusing and destabilising time selling a property especially if you're unsure at what stage of the process you're at. Having the ability to see step by step where you and your buyer are in the process is in theory extremely useful however if, like in our case, it isn't used and that attention to detail just isn't there then what is the point of having it? If anything it adds to the anxiety of feeling in limbo which you naturally feel when selling/purchasing. So on this side of things the comms needs to be upped, which from reading other reviews, seems to be a common theme. It is a shame as this let down the otherwise flawless start of our Boardwalk experience that we had with Ester. In short great selling, weaker sales progression customer journey.

From the initial viewing right through to moving in, she handled everything professionally and efficiently. Communication was always clear and timely, which made the whole process much less stressful. Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with quickly, and Georgia was consistently friendly, approachable, and helpful.Overall, I’ve found the service to be reliable and well-organised, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Belvoir! Gloucester , especially Georgia Stevens.

My sale was lengthy and stressful due to a collapsed chain but dealt with swiftly and compasionately and with a new buyer in place quickly. The best thing about dealing with this firm is the staff. I nearly always dealt Amy who could not have been more on the ball, knowledgable, helpful and kind. She always went the extra mile to provide a good service. Well done to all of them for their hard work and professionalism

6th May 2026 (3 days ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!

Nothing has been too much to ask, Ryan has kept us up to date, allowed us to have a second viewing to measure up and has been lovely, easy to talk to and very professional throughout! We would happily recommend Chosen Estate Agents to others when buying a house if you want frequent updates, peace of mind and a friendly, customer focused approach!

21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)I have sold 2 properties with TG Sales and Lettings and cannot rate them highly enough. The whole experience was very professional from initial contact to final closure. Warren and especially Megan have gone the extra mile and I was kept informed of progress the whole step of the way, no question was too much to answer. Both properties sold within just a few weeks at the marketed price. The pictures and write ups that were produced of the properties were fantastic. It’s a ten out ten from me.
