When we decided to put our house on the market we looked at a few different agents, but opted for the Personal Agent, due to the service and advice received even before the sales process had begun. The staff at the Stoneleigh office are consummate professionals. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable. We were kept well informed and didn't need to hassle for information as their systems were regularly updated. Amazing. We first met Andrew in the North Cheam branch when we started registering our interest in buying a house. He is very knowledgeable and provided us with loads of useful information, given it was our first rodeo. Our agent, Jessie, showed us the properties we were interested in, taking note of our needs and interests.
