Sarah was a great help, regularly checked in with the seller and us to make sure everything was progressing smoothly and chasing missing responses and information we needed to keep us all on track for a very quick completion. Callum Jones dealt with matters and was always available to discuss matters. He and Richard Murray gave us good, clear considered advice at every point of the transaction and liaised with the buyers at key points to ensure matters went smoothly. They also have excellent local knowledge and produced a very impressive sale package. The whole team is highly professional, pleasant to deal with and my sister and I felt able to trust them to produce the right result. We would highly recommend them.
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can't recommend Sawyers highly enough, and after many years as one of their tenants I say that from experience, not just politeness.<br><br>What sets them apart is the personal touch. This never feels like a faceless letting agency — Steven and Helio know their tenants and landlords, and they treat both fairly.<br><br>Steven is meticulous: safety checks are always done properly and on time, and you're never left chasing paperwork or wondering whether something's been covered — copies are always provided without having to ask.<br><br>Helio deserves a special mention of his own. He's super efficient, but it's the kindness and empathy alongside his good humour that make him stand out.<br><br>Although it's a rental property, Steven has always said it's our home while we live in it, and that's exactly how they've treated it. Reasonable requests and updates get properly advocated for.<br><br>When maintenance issues have come up, they've used local tradespeople who've been friendly, reliable, and done a genuinely good job.<br><br>I've had personal experience of Sawyers going the extra ‘many miles’ when it really mattered, at a time when that support meant more than they probably realised. They're kind, flexible whenever they're able to be, and I've never doubted that they care about their renters as people, not just tenancies to manage.<br><br>If you're weighing up a rental property and one of them is managed by Sawyers, choose that one. They will look after you and your home, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a long-term, trusted letting agent.
