They were happy to help with any questions, extra viewings and then at the end the lovely touch when we got our keys of a keyring, beautifully smelling candle and matches was the cherry and a beautiful cake :)

From start to finish, the whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely committed to helping me secure my wonderful new home. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they made the journey feel smooth and well supported throughout. Julia was always approachable, knowledgeable and incredibly patient, keeping me informed at every stage and answering any questions I had with clarity and reassurance. Burchell Edwards are not my agents who are selling my flat nor professiol too in their dealings. this is vintictive attack to mess up my sale. dont trust them.

During all this time Lorna has always been extremely helpful and knowledgable guiding me in the right direction. When I sold my rental property it came with many problems which Lorna overcame with hard work and good advice. Her communication was always first class. I would highly recommend as her work ethic is second to none

He was always available to chat, never made us feel like a nuisance, and his advice was spot on every time. It’s rare to find an agent who is this invested in their clients.
