30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)We contacted this agency about a property around two weeks ago. They asked us for a lot of personal and financial information in order to arrange a viewing. We provided everything they requested, but unfortunately, nobody came back to us.<br>I also tried contacting them a couple of times afterwards, but there was no answer and no one returned our calls. The communication has been very poor, and the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing.<br>We expected a more professional and reliable service. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency.

At every stage the team have been both professional and personable. Over the 3 years I rented my flat, I found myself pleasantly surprised many a time by handling situations with care for myself and my partner as well as their responsibilities in managing the flat on behalf of our late landlord.<br>I feel like it shouldn't be so rare to find such a genuinely excellent all-round agency like this. Regardless, I can promise you this unicorn is real!<br>Many thanks to Charlotte who handled our end of tenancy inspection expertly and with a couple shared laughs.

24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)This had been a difficult situation for the family, selling our mother and father’s family home and clearing the house.<br>Greens have been extremely helpful and successful for selling the property as it had taken over a year with this government and properties moving slowly. We did have it advertised with another company without and viewing. We moved to Greens and within 3 day started getting a steady flow of viewings each week and then the sale.<br>All the staff were very good about managing the viewings and advised us at every opportunity once feedback was received.<br>Thank you guys and all your staff that have been involved with this difficult process for our family.<br>Kindest regards Lee and family

22nd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. Didn’t always respond to emails and phone calls. Had viewings but they didn’t seem to follow through with due diligence. Poor customer service. Changed agents after 6 months with them and sold within 2 weeks.

Abrar was always on hand to answer questions and kept me updated on the progress of the sale. I would highly recommend Oak Tree Estates, not only are their fees reasonable but the customer care and attention is exceptional. Thank you Oak Tree Estates

The team acted quickly and managed to secure a new tenant without delay.<br>A special thanks to Justin and Grace, who have both been fantastic throughout the process. Always responsive, professional, helpful.<br><br>It’s reassuring to work with an estate agent you can genuinely rely on, especially when managing a property from a distance.<br><br>Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking to let or sell a property!

We quickly had the house put up for sale and had the full asking price offered in the first week. Mandy then took over, dealing with the solicitors and giving us updates each week as needed. The exchange has now been completed with no hold-ups and in a reasonable time frame

He was always available to chat, never made us feel like a nuisance, and his advice was spot on every time. It’s rare to find an agent who is this invested in their clients. He and his lovely colleague Liz pushed our sale over the line when things got tough, and we are now happily settled in a home we love. We sold both our properties with him and he was friendly and progressional from the off, throughout both sales he really went the extra mile, always only a message away, would chase various solicitors when asked and progress always seemed to be made when Alex chased. He was excellent and we would recommend him to anyone.

Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

She kept me up to date and was very accommodating when I asked for any additional information.<br><br>Although there were several delays with the buyers side on my previous property, Krishnaa remained calm and professional and even passed on my apologies to the vendor as I was very conscious my side was holding up the completion.<br><br>We got there finally and I am very happy in my new home and would recommend Krishnaa and the team at Sell My Home for sure, thank you all
