She has answered all of the questions we had with complete professionalism! Clio has been fantastic all the way through. Because of this I highly recommend letting from with hunters.

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I first called Encasa in November 2025 about a property but received no follow-up. I called again first week in January 2026 to arrange a viewing while I would be in the area, but still received no response. My son also called on my behalf and was told to email if it was urgent, even though he explained I was travelling a distance away from Solihull and as I was viewing another house and because they didn't get back to me can I view their house yet there was no follow-up to any of these attempts. This repeated lack of responsiveness caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Serious buyers should be aware that arranging a viewing with Encasa can be very frustrating.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
25th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!

The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional and every single person on the team we interacted with were highly responsive, approachable and professional. Their concept to selling houses is transparent, the app they use to track the sale and purchase of properties was intuitive and the team made the whole experience hassle free and straight forward. Have already recommended them to friends and would not hesitate to use Bayzos again. I wish the team all the success for the future.

Ahhh Sam, she’s so perceptive and intuitive she was such a pleasure to view properties with (she also knows her stuff!). Liz has been so kind and helpful through the whole process, it’s actually been such a pleasure ??I know it takes a team so thank you to everyone x
