It did take a while to get viewings and I was the one making calls rather than answering returns, but the agents were very busy and juggled to get me 2 viewings close together. Demi took us to both properties and made as much time for us as we needed and answered our questions. Any that she couldn't answer she promptly checked and emailed answers back. I may not have bought via Frank innes in the end as the properties werent quite what I was after but the experience with Frank Innes and Demi was great and I thank the team for their help searching for "The one".
