You definitely get what you pay for, and the help and support I received from Matt, Nicola and the team in Thame was excellent. They were the only shining light in a difficult and horrible process. Had the most horrific experience with this agent. Totally unprofessional. Promised us the house twice. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property.
