My Sister's and I recently completed the sale of my father's house through Wilkinson Estate Agents in Winslow. It had been a challenging property to sell due to subsidence in the garage, but Joe at Wilkinson was confident he could find a buyer. He did succeed in finding a buyer, and we agreed on a price as well as transferring the insurance claim. As we were at the top of the chain, we had several buyers below us, which made us reliant on the entire chain functioning smoothly. Unfortunately, many things that could go wrong did go wrong, but Joe was supportive to our family and provided excellent guidance to everyone up and down the chain. This support ultimately led to the successful completion of the sale last month.
