They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. We've had a really positive experience with William Gleave Estate Agents. From the very beginning, whole team was friendly and approachable. Matt kept us updated throughout the process, answered all our questions patiently and did everything he could to make sure we were able to move into the property well before the start date of my new job. The property was still undergoing renovation when we were due to move in, but Matt worked hard to make sure everything was ready on time so we could move in as planned. On moving day, we had a problem with the key box code. Matt came over himself and handed us the keys which was a huge help and took a lot of stress out of the situation.
