I originally chose Nick Griffith to sell my father's house simply because they had sold a house opposite to my father's. I am, however, very glad that I did. I live about 100 miles away and I felt that everything was in safe hands although I was so far away. They dealt with any queries/problems with the utmost professionalism and I am pleased to say the house sold at the asking price
11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Always a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day. Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month

I would have no hesitation in recommending him, and will be giving him a call for any further house sales or purchases we might make
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Unbelievably stupid and desperate. I moved a year ago and fortunately used the Property Centre who were amazing . RA Bennett ring me every week to check if I still want to move house ( I told them I’d moved last March ) - sometimes every day. Just leave me alone !

The deposit return process is slow, poorly communicated, and includes unfair deductions. What should be straightforward becomes a stressful and frustrating experience — tenants deserve far better.

Once offers were placed, they negotiated the best sale price for us. We would definitely recommend Philip Laney and Jolly.

I had been looking for just the right property for nearly a year. During this time the whole team were so helpful arranging viewings around my schedule and keeping in touch during the purchase. A very personal approach to house buying which was much appreciated and a pleasure to experience.
21st Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)The property we let is managed by Martin and Co. Whenever we have an issue, the maintenance team are quick to sort it, usually within 24 hours. We had a problem with our power this morning and they had an electrician around in just a few hours from when I reported the issue. This team is efficient and kind! Highly recommend
2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Absolutely terrible agents. Took over 3 weeks to replace a broken shower, zero remediation or compensation offered as a result. Multiple occasions I was promised messages to be forwarded on to the landlord - never received a response to this. Stay far away

4th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)We sold our property at the end of April 2025 through Wilkinson SLM. It was a complicated sale as it was a small chain 'running alongside' a much larger one as we were buying a multi-generational property. Charlotte, Anthony, Annie and the team, despite having to deal with some very tricky circumstances, were extremely dedicated, professional and utterly determined to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible. Their positivity and desire to provide an excellent service was second to none and we would recommend them to anybody looking to sell. If we could give 10 stars, we would!! 10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a property viewing booked today confirmed by phone and email. I arrive and find out it’s been cancelled. They sent a text message but only twenty minutes before. This was a one hour round trip - very frustrating.
