Having just sold a property that they have managed for me for over 6 years, their professionalism was exemplary, always keeping me fully up to date with progress and sorting everything in a timely manner. 29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

1st May 2026 (26 weeks ago)Communication is very bad have to chase them and most of the times I call they do not answer this I feel puts off potential buyers and at best slows down communication Quality of the pictures was not great and had to be redone Make bookings for viewings when we were not there - did not confirm with us before making the appointment

From start to finish, the team made what could have been a daunting process feel manageable and even enjoyable.<br><br>It started with the viewing agent, who was knowledgeable, well-prepared, and happy to answer all the questions I threw at her. The branch manager was equally fantastic, offering great advice and endless patience with an impatient, clueless first-time buyer (that was me!).<br><br>I would absolutely, without a doubt, buy a house through this branch again, and would especially recommend the people who helped me get to this stage. Thank you to the whole team for making my first home purchase such a positive one.
2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I honestly can’t recommend Simon & Co enough. From the first viewing Simon was approachable, helpful, upfront and informative. This continued throughout the whole process, and as a first time buyer, i honestly think they made all the difference. From accommodating extra viewings to stepping in to help move the process along where needed and answering any questions I had, he went above and beyond to ensure all ran as smoothly as possible. I’ve always had somewhat negative perceptions regarding estate agents, but this has completely changed since my experience with Simon & Co. They are a really genuine, friendly team who are great at what they do.
