15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)I cannot rate Hearnes high enough for being so professional and helpful, through all the ups and downs I have to say that Sam has been a complete star in every way, my own estates agents were hopeless to say the least but Sam kept me updated with everything and made things happen, I cannot rate this company enough to buy and sell through. We got there in the end and I'm so happy in my new home ??????

She chased our queries, communicated regularly and helped push through our exchange. We can’t thank her enough. Our faith in an honest estate agent has been restored. Highly recommend.
1st May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Highly recommended. Matthew is a genuinely lovely man with a depth of knowledge around property and pricing. All through our purchase and sale him , Aimee and Tracey responded to any queries we had as quickly as they could and were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to buy, I would refer to them as my first choice.
29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Tailor Made considering the challenging market have done a great job at selling our home, Josh who sold for us and the whole team are extremely professional and respectful. We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !
1st May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Communication is very bad have to chase them and most of the times I call they do not answer this I feel puts off potential buyers and at best slows down communication Quality of the pictures was not great and had to be redone Make bookings for viewings when we were not there - did not confirm with us before making the appointment
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena

1st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I cannot praise Meyers in Wimborne enough. Becky arrived at the property having researched sale prices locally for similar properties. She gave me a folder with all this information plus what to expect should I appoint Meyers. Once I appointed Meyers they exceeded any expectations in so many ways. Most of our communication was made through WhatsApp which meant it was easy to respond and refer back to information contained in the chat. Nikki, who was included in this chat, was as swift as Becky when it came to updating me with information. Particularly useful when I was out of the country for a month. My thoughts were always taken into consideration and I was advised accordingly. The advertising of the property was done well, with an instagram post, a video of the property and environs plus excellent photography. It was adverted across a number of sites to make the most of getting to as many views. I feel the cost was value for money and would definitely recommend Meyers of Wimborne to anyone selling in the area.

14th May 2025 (1 year ago)The local agent set up the agreed selling price incorrectly on the web and with Rightmove. He also set up our address incorrectly. The Purplebricks Account Manager said sold the photos of my house very poor so I would have to write to the Complaints Dept. Their reply - unbelievable - was we will give you £75 in compensation but you will have to pay an additional £99 to have the house re photographed! It took 8 weeks to erect a "sales board" I wrote a letter to the MD but had no reply! I wrote again and had a member of staff reply! I was told that the MD NEVER communicated with a customer! They achieved just one viewing in 5 months. They are a shambles compared to when the sold my previous house 5 years ago

Rosella was a force of nature. She helped us to set a realistic price and timeline and was always happy to talk about any issues that arose. She was also exceptionally skilled at liaising with solicitors - her interventions always has a positive outcome in terms of moving the sale forward. We can't thank the team enough.

They were agents for my MILs property, we had 4 months where no payment made and when I queried it and asked for statements Bhav became very defensive and said they couldn’t access statements easily but had nothing to hide and accused me of making accusations that were offensive - turns out they were completely true and money hadn’t been paid. Money was only paid because I went through statements and pointed out what hadn’t been paid. It took 6 months to get a response from TDS about deposit and as NH didn’t do their job properly my MiL got nothing back despite tenants leaving the property in a significantly damaged state. Avoid at all costs!

They supported us every step of the way and the home they have built and sold to us is fantastic.<br><br>What has impressed us most, though, is that their support hasn’t stopped now that the purchase is complete. They have continued to help us with various things around the house, which really shows how much they care about providing a great service even after the sale.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Regal and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.
