18th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We highly recommend Irving’s - they are fantastic from start to finish- so professional but also warm and friendly and caring! They work hard from start to finish to sell your home and help you find the right property for you! Emails are replied to quickly also. Never once did I feel the need to chase or prompt - so much work is put in behind the scenes to make selling/buying as smooth as possible and the team are always approachable! We hope to never move again but if we were to, wouldn’t hesitate to use Irving’s 100%
29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

From the outset, Sarah guided us expertly through the holiday let market, taking the time to truly understand what we were looking for and presenting us with exactly the right opportunities. We visited Sarah on a Sunday and she gave us her entire day, going well beyond her normal working hours and into her own personal time, something that really set her apart and showed how genuinely committed she is to her clients. Sarah found us the perfect holiday home, which we completed in June, and we could not be happier with the result. She combines exceptional professionalism with a warmth and friendliness that makes the whole process feel effortless and enjoyable. If you are looking to buy or sell, we would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Tailor Made and Sarah in particular.
1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Communication is very bad have to chase them and most of the times I call they do not answer this I feel puts off potential buyers and at best slows down communication Quality of the pictures was not great and had to be redone Make bookings for viewings when we were not there - did not confirm with us before making the appointment

22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena

1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)I cannot praise Meyers in Wimborne enough. Becky arrived at the property having researched sale prices locally for similar properties. She gave me a folder with all this information plus what to expect should I appoint Meyers. Once I appointed Meyers they exceeded any expectations in so many ways. Most of our communication was made through WhatsApp which meant it was easy to respond and refer back to information contained in the chat. Nikki, who was included in this chat, was as swift as Becky when it came to updating me with information. Particularly useful when I was out of the country for a month. My thoughts were always taken into consideration and I was advised accordingly. The advertising of the property was done well, with an instagram post, a video of the property and environs plus excellent photography. It was adverted across a number of sites to make the most of getting to as many views. I feel the cost was value for money and would definitely recommend Meyers of Wimborne to anyone selling in the area.

They offered expert and accurate advice on pricing so we went to the market the time from listing to exchange of contracts was just 4 weeks! This is a well deserved and fully justified 5 star review.

From start to finish they provided an outstanding service and made what could have been a very stressful move feel so much easier.<br><br>They were professional, friendly, honest and always kept us updated throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always on hand to answer questions, chase things up and offer reassurance whenever we needed it.<br><br>Their communication was excellent, and it genuinely felt like they cared about getting us into our new home rather than just completing a sale. Thanks to their hard work, dedication and persistence, everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>A huge thank you to Dan and Patrick for all your support, we couldn’t have asked for better estate agents and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Meyers to anyone buying or selling a home.

20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)First off, when viewing the property, we were told that we would have parking spaces on the drive, which was very important to us. After moving in, a neighbour informed us that the spaces did not actually belong to the property. The landlord later confirmed that due to planning permission, the spaces belonged to the neighbours and the agents should never have advertised them as ours. When moving out, we even returned the keys early. After the checkout, we found ourselves constantly chasing the estate agents regarding our deposit. We were told to contact the landlord directly, despite renting through the agents, not him. After 4 weeks, the landlord finally agreed to a deduction amount and informed the agents, but they still didn’t bother updating us by email, so once again we had to chase for information ourselves. It took 4 and a half weeks to finally receive our deposit back. I would not rent through this company again. Although you rent through them, they seem to want nothing to do with you afterwards. Emails were ignored, there was very little help provided, and we were given incorrect information simply to encourage us to rent through them.

The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.

They were agents for my MILs property, we had 4 months where no payment made and when I queried it and asked for statements Bhav became very defensive and said they couldn’t access statements easily but had nothing to hide and accused me of making accusations that were offensive - turns out they were completely true and money hadn’t been paid. Money was only paid because I went through statements and pointed out what hadn’t been paid. It took 6 months to get a response from TDS about deposit and as NH didn’t do their job properly my MiL got nothing back despite tenants leaving the property in a significantly damaged state. Avoid at all costs!
