She managed the whole process through to exchange and completion, which ultimately happened on the same day.<br><br>It was a hugely stressful process, with some unexpected external challenges along the way, but Emily remained professional, calm and diplomatic at all times. Her communication was excellent, and she and her colleagues handled everything incredibly well.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more support.
