I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Thomas Estate Agents. Every member of staff with whom I have had contact has been patient, communicative, friendly, and professional. I know I have a tendency to over communicate and be over eager in terms of looking for information on what I should be doing or updates, and they have always been very understanding - never made me feel like a nuisance! As a person with the sole responsibility of moving with a child, it can be a daunting and stressful experience. Having the right estate agent can significantly lessen that stress and I can say that is the case for Thomas Estate Agents. Thank you! For context, there are houses in my area that have been on the market a long time. Considering this being summer time where things can be a little slower from what I understand, mine was only on the market for around 6 weeks I believe before we had an offer.
