Actually they bought the house themselves so the % charge doesn't apply but it was handled by them as much as possible (technically separate solicitors) and the whole experience was brilliant - and they certainly didn't take advantage of any aspects of the situation - as some would, and have. I've bought and sold 8 properties in all, and this was the best experience of any. FAST too!

I am not planning on moving again, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thomas Estate Agents to friends, family, or anyone at all wanting a thorough and professional service in the sale of their home. Communication was excellent by all members of staff and I honestly didn't encounter anyone in the team who wasnt helpful. The best customer service I have receieved from a company in a long time. My only regret is not using Thomas Estate Agents for a previous sale! Thank you all!
