I had a fantastic experience with John Francis in Carmarthen throughout my property purchase, and I especially want to mention Claire, who was brilliant from start to finish. The communication was excellent. Claire kept me updated throughout and relayed everything from the auction house and seller clearly and promptly, which made the whole process much less stressful. When telling your clients the package, tell them the whole package and don't give them disinformation. £999 was what we were verbally told until house was sold. Not for six months marketing. Shocking tactics, to then tell you that the marketing is buried deep in the terms and conditions. Shame on you, I hope you can sleep at night.... Read more
