He was always happy to answer questions or chase things up for us when needed.<br><br>We also dealt with Matt while looking for our new home and really appreciated his approach. He was helpful and knowledgeable without ever being pushy, and gave us plenty of time and space to look around and make our own decisions.<br><br>Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, so it really helped having someone so easy to deal with throughout it all.<br><br>Thanks so much to Matt and the team for all their help getting our sale over the line!

Throughout the entire process Westley was incredibly professional, proactive and always available to offer support and updates.<br><br>When our original buyer pulled out Westley handled the situation brilliantly, working tirelessly to find a way forward and keep the chain moving. His communication was excellent and he was always available when we needed him.<br><br>What could have been a very stressful experience was made significantly easier thanks to his dedication and hard work. He genuinely went above and beyond to get everything over the line.<br><br>We couldn’t recommend Westley and Morgan Alexander highly enough

After trying to sell our house with other estate agents, Richard Williams managed to find us a buyer and was fantastic from start to finish.<br><br>Richard really went the extra mile for us. He guided us through the whole process, kept us updated, helped move things along when needed and genuinely felt like he was holding our hands all the way through to completion.<br><br>He was always easy to get hold of, both in the office and on his mobile, and if I ever missed him he would call me back very quickly. That level of communication made such a difference during what can be quite a stressful process.<br><br>A huge thank you to Richard and the whole team at Wright & Co for all their hard work, patience and support. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
