Jools was so helpful, she knew everything about the area, she took the most amazing pictures and marketed the house in a way that almost made me want to buy it! From knowing about the benefits of the kind of windows we had to knowing the direction the garden and the way lighting would change through the day. Everything! You'd think it was her house the way she spoke about it. She was amazing. And on top of all that, the most genuinely nice and helpful person.
