But I feel Lynn, Sarah and, until her retirement, the inimitable Val are exceptional. We had what appeared to be a simple purchase which through no fault of theirs became very protracted. These ladies kept us sane! They were balanced and sympathetic to both parties and provided honest and clear communication (across the Atlantic in the case of our vendors.)
