We sold and bought a house with Brunton Residential. Their marketing of the property was brilliant and we had a lot of interest and sold quickly. Although the chain was extremely long and the process took 6 months, we had a dedicated agent that was able to give us daily updates. Ashleigh was brilliant throughout and helped to address concerns and worries during the process. I’d highly recommend this particular estate agents for selling and purchasing.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we have received from Brunton’s Ponteland. From start to finish they have been professional, productive and incredibly supportive - especially given the extremely long chain.
Thank you to Elby, Vic and Aldo who have been outstanding from day one.
But a special thank you to Ashleigh from after sales, Ashleigh truly went above and beyond. Her persistence, communication and determination were instrumental in keeping the move going, when the move became complicated - without her the chain could have easily fallen apart.
Selling a house is stressful at the best of times, but this team made it less so.

Having had a property on the market for a while with no sale agreed I chose Bruntons Ponteland to market the property.
Elby was very professional and knowledgable when she came to value the property and explained about their marketing techniques etc. I particularly liked the what’s app communication. All those involved in the sale were in the group making it easy to contact them or vice versa.
Victoria was very friendly and helpful when I telephoned or visited the branch.
Ashleigh (sales progression) joined the group once the sale was agreed and kept us up to date with the sale. Unfortunately I never got to meet Ashleigh.
Very big thanks have to go to Aldo who did the viewings on the property and secured the sale. He was very thorough and kept us updated throughout.
I would recommend Brunton to anyone wanting to sell their property.

I have found dealing with Elby within this branch to be absolutely first class in all aspects of estate agency advice. She has always made time for my questions and responded in a very fast and professional manner even on weekends. Victoria must also get a special mention for being the same as above, the only difference is I’ve spoken with Elby more recently ????. 10/10 keep up the great work.

The team at Brunton Residential have been outstanding in their assistance of our property search.
They were extremely proactive in identifying our key requirements, highlighting properties and areas we hadn’t considered that met our brief and accessing low-key marketed properties. Their communication was always professional and timely.
I would not hesitate to recommend using the Brunton Residential team as either a purchaser or vendor and in particular Elby who’s local knowledge and expertise are second to none.

Many thanks to all the staff at Brunton Ponteland, for the sale of our friends property, the staff were so courteous and helpful for someone with Alzheimer's. Their kindness and professionalism was second to none, keeping me informed at every stage ( as an lpa ), offering advice and so helpful in many ways with other issues , helping over several hurdles ( with this not being my property, but acting as agent for my friend ). Brunton have been the agent dealing with our purchase, rather than sale, and I couldn't recommend them more. I genuinely think without the efforts of Abbie in sales progression, in particular, the chain would have been at great risk of collapse due to a sheer lack of communication and movement, despite efforts of all the buyers. Abbie has personally helped manage the entire chain through progression, dealing with solicitors, other agents and keeping me personally updated. I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you again.
