Don't bother to clean up too much, no matter how hard you try they will still charge you hundreds of pounds. After living at one of their properties for just 6 months, I handed over the house as clean as I got it but they still charged me £560 for deep cleaning. Very disappointed I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!... Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.... Read more

Having the majority of the process handled through email was convenient with my busy schedule and made everything much easier to manage remotely. Location location, I don’t even know where to start. Molly and Andy have been absolutely incredible. They are both so kind and helpful, they have been available at every single point through my sale, they have escalated any concerns and directly contacted solicitors and mortgage advisors for me. They had it on the market as soon as physically possible and assisted me to accept an offer and have it off the market within 2 weeks! Not only are they amazing at their job but they are 2 really kind genuine people who supported me in many ways throughout the stressful period of selling and moving.
