15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)WM Brown and in particular a young lady called Erin, have been extremely helpful throughout both our own house sale and our purchase of a new home in Norfolk. As we were selling privately (no estate agent), it was difficult for us to chase the progress of our own sale chain, yet Erin was helpful with this as well as ensuring all went smoothly with our purchase. All questions we had were answered promptly and she was always proactive, with a cheery, yet thoroughly professional approach. On a general point, we found Wm Brown in Watton, and other branches in Swaffham, Downham Market, Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, to name just a few, have proved probably the most proactive chain of estate agents throughout our near year long search for a new home.

Her communication was top notch, she kept us updated every step of the way, answered all of our questions instantly, and truly went above and beyond.

Starting with Louie on getting the initial sale closed thro to Terie Hurrell in handling the sale through to completion which certainly hasn't been easy given multiple purchases & properties involved in the chain however Terie's tenacity has again shone through ensuring completion onetime. Again thanks to everyone

8th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)The support of the estate agent was the most important part of this sale transaction for me, because I was selling the property as Executor for my father's estate, and I live overseas. Therefore I needed a trustworthy, professional, diligent estate agent, with reliable swift communications and effective marketing skills. Haart in Dereham fulfilled all of these requirements admirably, and I was delighted with a smooth and successful transactional outcome. In particular, I must mention Elton the Manager for his enthusiastic attention to the initial listing and creative photography skills which showed the property in excellent graphic detail. And also Roxy the sales administrator, who was always on hand to coordinate between myself, the buyers and the conveyancers. Her friendly, polite and efficient support was priceless! I thought the use of a professional photographer enabled them to present the property in the best way possible and the sale particulars were comprehensive and appealing. They list on multiple online sites and vet potential buyers so as to ensure views are from only people who are genuinely motivated and in a position to purchase.

21st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Don’t trust them, they rented me a freshly painted house that turned out to be a mold hell hole within weeks of moving in. Don’t believe the reviews, they only want your money and have zero ethics. Beware ! Shame on you Dereham office for letting a property like that, and for not disclosing existing mold issues.
