24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Seymours in West Byfleet during our house search, and in particular with Louis Ridge- Mullen who showed us around a number of properties in the area.<br>Louis has excellent knowledge of the local area and clearly has great relationships with sellers. He took the time to understand our needs, preferences and dislikes very quickly, which made a real difference to our search. Rather than having to endlessly scroll through Zoopla, Louis was able to proactively send us properties that he knew would genuinely interest us, making the whole process much more efficient and enjoyable.<br>He was always personable, professional and incredibly helpful. On a couple of occasions we ran late for appointments, and Louis was very understanding and accommodating. He also always asked after our daughter, which was a lovely personal touch and made the experience feel much more genuine and welcoming.<br>We really appreciated Louis's approach throughout what can otherwise be quite a stressful process. If we ever need to look for another property, we know exactly where we’ll be going and who we’ll be asking for.<br>Highly recommended.

Things did not go very smoothly but at all times, I was kept up to date with progress - the communication was excellent. From the outset, Mark & Charlie were on hand to support & re-assure me. Tom then took over my sale & consistently went above and beyond to keep the sale moving forward. He was always available to answer questions and I am very grateful for all his help. Thanks also to Ian who did a great job with viewings and provided feedback after each one. Jordan & Ruth also stepped in to help when necessary, so thanks also to them.

We got the sense that Mint sell every house as if they are selling their own, going the extra mile to promote the selling points of not only our house but also the local area. This resulted in a swift sale at a price higher than other estate agents thought possible.<br><br>Communication is a really strong point with Mint and they gave thorough feedback on viewings and the WhatsApp group helped keep us up to date with everything throughout the whole process.<br><br>We encountered some issues with the chain but nothing was too much trouble for Mint to help with and I genuinely believe if we had chosen any other Estate agent, there would have been a real risk of the chain falling apart. But thanks to their hard work, dedication and exceptional communication, we completed on our sale and purchase with Mint.<br><br>We can't thank Nicole, Sally and Sarah enough for everything they did and will recommend Mint to anyone as THE estate agent to choose whether selling or buying a property.<br><br>Thank you again!
