   I’ve viewed hundreds of properties over the years – from London to Liverpool, Manchester, Cambridge, and Spalding– and met countless estate agents, but this agency has been by far the most friendly and memorable I’ve come across. The very first time I viewed a few properties with them, the agent was wonderfully welcoming – a real breath of fresh air. This was my second time in Spalding viewing properties, and this time round it was Max who showed me the properties over the last two days. Working with him has been equally exceptional. He showed me three properties yesterday and was very kind to arrange a second viewing for one of them today because I had to return to London. Throughout it all, he remained completely patient, and approachable. What impressed me most was his genuine kindness and respect. Unlike many in the industry who can be transactional, judgmental, and impatient – sometimes even making you feel looked down upon depending on your budget – Max treated every property and question with equal care and professionalism. True humility, kindness, and respect have nothing to do with age or how many decades someone has been in the job. Regardless of experience or seniority, many across the industry have a lot to learn from Max about staying grounded and treating every client with genuine respect. If I were selling a property, I would go with this agency without hesitation. Max and his colleagues make people feel truly comfortable and valued, which makes all the difference.    We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects.    I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier.
