Visited Rosedale Property Agents at their office in Market Deeping and found them to be friendly, positive, well organised and professional. I was lucky enough to have a valuation carried out that same day and viewings were arranged immediately. The office kept me up to date and well informed about everything going on. One week later I have an offer on the property, which I have accepted. I have been pleasantly surprised by how quickly things have moved and delighted to have make such rapid progress within such a short space of time. I can recommend Rosedale without hesitation. I would like to share the positive experience that I’ve had selling my house through Rosedale in Market Deeping.
From our first introduction, I knew that they were the people that I trusted to help me through , what can often be an extremely stressful process.
Their marketing stood out from all the others , including posting on social media and drone footage.
They sold my home within two weeks.
When the inevitable issues cropped up , they worked extremely hard on my behalf to resolve them.
They have a real ‘human touch’ and I felt so supported and informed throughout.
I would like to mention Sharon in particular. It felt like she was a friend, helping me through . She kept in contact, all hours , to make sure I knew what was happening and ensuring that everything progressed as smoothly as possible. She’s a real star ?

I do feel they are too busy with the amount of staff they have and could benefit from some extra people, especially in terms of conducting viewings (I had to do most of mine as there wasnt anyone available).
Communication was pretty good with the branch manager, and i always got a pretty quick reply from them.
They did manage to find me a buyer in a difficult market.

We should have chosen Rosedale in the first place.
We can’t put into words just how helpful the team at Rosedale have been since taking over the sale of our home. Not only did they sell our property within weeks (it had been on the market for almost a year with other agents), but when the chain collapsed due to issues further down the chain, they got it back on the market and sold it again within weeks and for a higher price!
But it goes beyond just selling the property. Just days before exchange there was an issue right at the bottom of the chain that caused a lot of stress. We were on the edge of calling it a day, but Sharon (as always) went the extra mile to steady the waters and close the sale successfully. Honestly, we couldn’t have got through this without the help, understanding, and professionalism of the team at Rosedale. So much so, that we also had the Stamford branch list another property for us and sold that at the same time.
Save yourself some time and just appoint Rosedale to take care of your sale.

Having been out of the property market for over 22 years Rosedale was a breath of fresh air with regards to leading us through the process. They gave us tips on how to prepare the property for marketing purposes and guided us through the process. We obviously marketed it at the right level as we had two viewings, one second viewing and received two offers, one of which we accepted. Although our journey was relatively quick and painless I am sure that they would have supported us just as much if it turned out to be a protracted process.

Rebecca from the Market Deeping branch was fantastic, she knew what we were looking for, arranged several on the same day, knew all the details for each, answered all question, never pushy. We instantly knew the one we wanted as soon as we walked in.
Becky was always in touch to see about updates and kept us and the vendor up-to-date even when delays from my end caused delay to completion, even phoning the other parties involved in my sale when she was not involved (house in Derby).

This must be the third or 4th time i've used this company and the service is always excellent. Since I first used them they have started doing videos and virtual tours which I think are absolutely brilliant especially when you are looking for another property to buy.
