17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Our experience with Entwistle Green started off rocky with lack of contact and being unable to contact the branch…. If we couldn’t get in contact, how were buyers going to?.<br>After we raised our concerns with the Branch Manager Sarah, Mia took over. This was a long process over nearly 9 months (due to chain) but throughout, Mia was our constant. Always calling providing updates, however big or small and everything I asked of her she did straight away and I do believe if it hadn’t been for Mia and all her hardwork, our sale and purchase would have fell through. She went above and beyond in every capacity possible with every part of the chain, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks Mia, you are an absolute star and we would be lost without you. Absolute credit to Entwistle Green

We initially found our property through Rightmove and enquiried, the sales team were fantastic at getting in touch and setting up the first viewing. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend them enough. Throughout our sale they have given us clear communication and made sure we were getting the updates we required. When we sell in the future we won’t hesitate to get in touch with the Alistair Saville team to list with in the future. Thank you all!
19th May 2024 (2 years ago)We've currently sold the property waiting for it to go through but we knocked 15,000 off the property the garage that was attached to the property the staff thought it was next door and only when my brother was at the property when the couple were viewing he showed them the garage and also took them around the property I do feel tge garage helped with the sale and I did say this all along any way it sold at the reduced price

31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Poorly marketed and didn’t even sell the house, had to go with another agent and within 24 hours had a viewing whereas after 6 weeks with TAUK we had absolutely nothing!
6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
16th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)My only observation is that the "for sale" sign was drab and not at all eye-catching. Suggest changing to a more vibrant colour. Everything else was great.
