11th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Persuaded by them to change from another agent & wished we hadn't. Poor communication,- we constantly had to chase them for any information. Messages from us were not passed on. Often found information from them to be incorrect. Generally felt unsupported& uninformed.
26th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)We are so pleased that we chose Hamptons in Cirencester to market our property. Having lived in the same house for over 30 years we approached the thought of selling with some trepidation. However, shortly after our phone call Ian arrived and put us at ease from the outset. He provided a realistic price guide based on thorough research of similar sold properties in the area. Once we were ready to sell, our property was on the market within a week and sold subject to contract within 5 weeks. Throughout the entire process Ian, Greg and the team were always available for advice and support and their professional and friendly approach ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible liaising with all parties and keeping us regularly informed through to completion. If we were to sell again we would be straight on the phone to Hamptons.

Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.

They took us right up to exchange and then the seller suddenly demanded £10,000 more for the property or he would pull out. We refused to be bullied like this, so ended up losing a large amount of money as a result of wasted searches and solicitor’s fees. We had the searches done promptly and did everything in our power to proceed with the sale in a timely manner, and they still treated us in an absolutely disgusting way and acted with zero integrity. Hillier and Wilson fully sided with the seller and fully supported him in attempting to rip us off, they didn’t even offer us an apology.

19th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Ashley of EweMove was helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic from day one. Everything he said would happen, did. We sold in 5 weeks after lots of viewings and interest. Just how the property was advertised on Rightmove was different in terms of pictures and description. The property had previously been on the market with multiple Agents for 100+ weeks.
27th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Ben at Hambledon Estate Agents went above and beyond to help us sell our property. We hit a few obstacles along the way (just lots of bad luck) and Ben went out of his way to help, offer advice and do whatever he could to get us back on track and make sure things went smoothly. He’s always been kind, professional and friendly on the phone and in person. My Mother was unable to leave the property during viewings and he always looked after her welfare when anyone was in the property for viewings. Making sure she knew what was going on and that she was ok. If you are looking for a knowledgeable estate agent, who is also caring and professional then I can highly recommend Hambledon in Shaftesbury. More than happy with the service we received.
6th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)CBSlade already had a buyer lined up for my house. It sold very quickly, I was told it was with a cash buyer. After about 6-8 weeks I hadn't heard anything I contacted Slade only to be told he was now looking for a mortgage. I was never kept up to date I always had to chase him. I felt like CBSlade didn't care about the sale of my house he only wanted to keep the Builder happy who was buying my house. This particular builder buys and sells through CBSlade so he was always looked after NOT ME. From the day the builder said he would have my house until we completed took 8 months. Far too long. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT

26th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)We cannot rate Waymark highly enough for their complete professional service throughout the whole selling process.The pictures were outstanding and Yas really captured each selling point of our house, showing it for the family home that it truly was, so much so that our house sold within the first few weeks. Viewings were a breeze and the communication was superb. Yas was on hand at all times and made the process seamless for us, despite there being some struggles along the way which were out of our hands. She is an exceptional estate agent who has thorough knowledge of the market and is an absolute joy to work with. If you are thinking of selling your property then these are the guys to go to! Five stars from us. Thank you so much Yas, if we ever sell again we won’t hesitate in coming back to you guys!
8th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.
