From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, positive and understanding - something that truly set them apart from what people often expect of estate agents. They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. They combine genuine compassion with outstanding results, a rare and invaluable combination.

Jake's knowledge and expertise in the Salisbury area was evident from our first meeting. Jake detailed the entire process including market trends allowing me to make informed choices that impacted positively on the marketing and subsequent quick sale of the property. Outstanding and timely communication meant I was fully informed throughout the process. From initial valuation to completing the sale it took approx 3 months. The C&M team were all helpful, efficient and more importantly demonstrated genuine care and support. I would highly recommend Carter and May if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

From the very beginning of our house move right through to completion, the whole experience was made so much easier thanks to the incredible team, especially Izzy and Callum.<br><br>Moving house can be incredibly stressful, but they went above and beyond to take so much of that stress away. Izzy in particular was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She was always on hand, incredibly responsive, professional, reassuring and genuinely invested in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt that we could contact her whenever we needed to — which made such a huge difference during what can otherwise be a very overwhelming time.<br><br>Callum was equally fantastic and both of them were so approachable, friendly and helpful from start to finish. They kept us informed, answered every question we had and made us feel completely supported throughout the whole journey.<br><br>What really stood out was that we never felt like just another customer. Extremely friendly, extremely supportive. Highly recommend them all.

14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Very upset!<br><br>My partner and I were due to view a flat in cricklade, the night before we received an email saying the viewing was still going ahead.<br><br>Barely 2 hours before our viewing my partner received an email saying “your viewing has been cancelled” no explanation at all. So my partner phoned up and was told the flat had been let. Even tho it wasn’t available to let until September.<br><br>May as-well have listed it as “first come first server” because by the looks of things, no one else gets a chance after one persons shown interest.<br><br>Didn’t even have a chance to view it or get close to looking into placing a holding deposit.<br><br>This was going to be our first ever rental. Disgraceful and unprofessional. Can safely say we’ll be looking at other letting agencies in the future.<br><br>Nice way to destroy a young couples hope at freedom.
