From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, positive and understanding - something that truly set them apart from what people often expect of estate agents. They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. They combine genuine compassion with outstanding results, a rare and invaluable combination.

Ellie Glass was my primary contact although everyone in the office was involved in some way or other.<br>The sale proved to be very difficult and protracted with many obstacles.<br>Throughout the sale Ellie was constantly in touch with calls or emails and worked exceptionally hard with the chain to help the sale along. I’m pretty sure that if not for the efforts of Ellie, Sam and the team I would still be waiting to move.<br>Thank you all very much.

He made the process so easy and stress free, even jumping on a long distance call while we were in the US to get the ball rolling on our mortgage application. They were informative and professional from the get-go and Nikki kept in touch with us pre-purchase. while the purchase was going through Phil nursed it along and handled the slow and uncooperative solicitors very well. They also grasped my individual circumstances and what my priorities were in terms speed of sale, price and so on.<br><br>I had complete confidence in Charlotte conducting viewings, Izzy was always on the ball with updates and following up queries, and Callum helpfully stepped in to negotiate price.<br><br>Communication was consistently great. No matter who picked up the phone when I rang the branch, they were up to date on status of my property. And even though mine was a one-bed flat, I never felt 'bottom of the pile'.<br><br>I personally didn't fancy researching local conveyancing solicitors so also asked them for suggestions (which they gave without a hint of a sales pitch) and chose a firm they had worked with a lot and who also turned out to be great (albeit not the cheapest option, but my priority was less stress and valuing speed and efficiency)<br><br>Overall, an excellent service from a very approachable and effective team. Thank you.

Really efficient getting our house on the market extremely quickly and getting lots of viewings through the door in what was a slow market. He was an excellent communicator with useful updates and feedback throughout. Very reasonable rates and clearly successful with the amount of his sold signs around the area. He's sold both mine and my partner's properties and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Was extremely helpful throughout the entire process always checked up on us and made sure he knew exactly what are wants and needs were. 21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I first turned to Whites two years ago to manage a property owned by husband and I that our daughter had lived in for several years. They organised the tenancy very professionally finding excellent tenants and arranging any works required before and during the tenancy. Then in August this year we decided it was time to sell the property. The lettings team managed the tenants very well and liaised with the Whites sales team who we had appointed. The whole process ran unbelievably smoothly and professionally. We didn't even need to set foot in the house again from handing over to Whites Lettings through to Completion of the sale. Thank you to all the staff in Lettings and Sales we have dealt with. Your service is impeccable.
