Even though they are based in Eastleigh, they did an outstanding job selling my property in Chandler's Ford—an area traditionally dominated by local Chandler's Ford agents.<br><br>Connells approached me and persuaded me to sell with them after I had a bad experience and took the flat off the market. I’m so glad they did! Thanks to Hobbie, who valued the flat at the right price, making it possible to move on to my next property.<br><br>The entire team was incredible throughout: Oli brought great charisma and efficiency to the sales side, working alongside Fin; they sold my flat within just a few days of it going on the market, and Chloe provided excellent support on the mortgage side—she is ever so efficient. Their attention to the client and level of care were truly exceptional. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and highly recommend them!

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

However, communication between exchange and completion was very stressful and difficult as I appeared to do all the chasing to finalise the property sale.

Very helpful, kept in touch throughout the sale and achieved it quickly and efficiently. Streets above his competitors & would highly recommend (& use him again if he were in my new area!)

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.- 5th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Toby Gullick was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. He is incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, making what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. His communication skills really stand out — he kept me informed at every stage and was always approachable and easy to talk to. Toby’s positive attitude and constant smile made a real difference, and he struck the perfect balance between being friendly and maintaining a high level of professionalism. They called without leaving a voicemail, including early morning at 8 am on Saturday and again on Monday morning, not helpful whwn i am on holiday. simply to ask whether I wanted to sell my house and look for another property. This felt highly inappropriate.<br><br>Ryan was unhelpful and wouldn’t confirm that my number would be removed from the call list. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.
