Even though they are based in Eastleigh, they did an outstanding job selling my property in Chandler's Ford—an area traditionally dominated by local Chandler's Ford agents.<br><br>Connells approached me and persuaded me to sell with them after I had a bad experience and took the flat off the market. I’m so glad they did! Thanks to Hobbie, who valued the flat at the right price, making it possible to move on to my next property.<br><br>The entire team was incredible throughout: Oli brought great charisma and efficiency to the sales side, working alongside Fin; they sold my flat within just a few days of it going on the market, and Chloe provided excellent support on the mortgage side—she is ever so efficient. Their attention to the client and level of care were truly exceptional. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and highly recommend them!

From day one, he has been consistently patient, clear, and incredibly easy to communicate with. His manner strikes the perfect balance — always present and supportive, but never once pushy or overbearing.<br><br>Across the last six months, Isaac went above and beyond in helping me understand my options. He produced numerous mortgage quotes for different terms, deposit amounts, and scenarios, each time taking the time to walk me through the implications so I could make informed decisions. What impressed me most was that his support wasn’t limited to mortgages alone; he offered thoughtful, practical advice on a wide range of home?buying topics, double?checked that the properties I was interested in (not with Fox & Sons) were priced fairly, and gave guidance on what and when to offer. Buying a property can be a very stressful experience — especially as a first?time buyer — but Isaac’s input made navigating the process far less daunting.<br><br>Isaac's professionalism, dedication, and genuinely pleasant approach made a huge difference to my experience. However, communication between exchange and completion was very stressful and difficult as I appeared to do all the chasing to finalise the property sale.

Both Keith and George are friendly, professional and not pushy/salesman like in the slightest. George could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. They know their market, offer very competitive commission rates and provide a brilliant service - if I had to ever use an Estate Agent in this area again, I would 100% use Alexander Keen.

20th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Overall we were disappointed by the lack of any regular communication. We did receive feedback after viewings, but otherwise we had to take the initiative and request updates. We are now putting the property on the market with a different agent.

Luci works hard and is there whenever you need advice. She kept us updated at all stages of the sale and as others have said she is down to earth, honest and understands the market. She listens to what her buyers and sellers what and matches them up which is why she is so successful. They called without leaving a voicemail, including early morning at 8 am on Saturday and again on Monday morning, not helpful whwn i am on holiday. simply to ask whether I wanted to sell my house and look for another property. This felt highly inappropriate.<br><br>Ryan was unhelpful and wouldn’t confirm that my number would be removed from the call list. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
