Jamie has been extremly helpful ,courteous and very obliging in every aspect making the purchase relatively smooth right up to completion and we are most grateful for all the help and advise offered. 23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I wanted to leave a specific review for Karl at Fox & Sons Eastleigh, as his support throughout my transaction was exceptional - even though Eastleigh were not the primary branch I was selling with.<br><br>In all honesty, he went above and beyond took real ownership of the process, and consistently stepped in to keep things moving when it mattered most.<br><br>His communication was excellent - regular updates, quick responses, and a genuine effort to keep everything on track. What really stood out was his willingness to chase progress, and resolve issues, despite not being directly responsible for my case.<br><br>His professionalism, efficiency, and commitment did not go unnoticed, and he made a stressful process significantly easier to manage.<br><br>I would highly recommend Karl at Fox & Sons Eastleigh to anyone looking for an estate agent who is proactive, supportive, and truly invested in delivering a great service.

4th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)Very impressed with the service I received from Winkworth in Winchester. Every aspect of the process so far has been excellent. Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.

The entire team have been incredibly supportive and proactive throughout the entire process, especially when encountering unexpected difficulties along the way. Their knowledge of the local market has been invaluable, as has their professional yet extremely friendly advice. We would recommend them without hesitation.
28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Zero professionalism. It is the second time they cancel my viewings saying an offer has already been made and accepted even without knowing if I would make a better offer on the houses. If you are a seller, please think twice before getting in business with these people.

24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I am very disappointed with the service I have received during the sale of my property.<br><br>Throughout the process I have had to repeatedly ask for progress updates, but have mostly received generic responses stating that things are “awaiting review” rather than clear, proactive communication.<br><br>There has been a lack of regular progress reports, limited chasing of outstanding matters, and very little evidence of active involvement in moving the sale forward.<br><br>Overall, the communication has felt inconsistent and unhelpful at a time when clear updates and proactive management are really needed.
