Jamie has been extremly helpful ,courteous and very obliging in every aspect making the purchase relatively smooth right up to completion and we are most grateful for all the help and advise offered. 5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I’ve had an excellent experience with Fox & Sons over the past year, and I want to give particular recognition to Isaac, their mortgage services consultant, who has been genuinely outstanding throughout the entire process. From day one, he has been consistently patient, clear, and incredibly easy to communicate with. His manner strikes the perfect balance — always present and supportive, but never once pushy or overbearing.<br><br>Across the last six months, Isaac went above and beyond in helping me understand my options. He produced numerous mortgage quotes for different terms, deposit amounts, and scenarios, each time taking the time to walk me through the implications so I could make informed decisions. What impressed me most was that his support wasn’t limited to mortgages alone; he offered thoughtful, practical advice on a wide range of home?buying topics, double?checked that the properties I was interested in (not with Fox & Sons) were priced fairly, and gave guidance on what and when to offer. Buying a property can be a very stressful experience — especially as a first?time buyer — but Isaac’s input made navigating the process far less daunting.<br><br>Isaac's professionalism, dedication, and genuinely pleasant approach made a huge difference to my experience. 4th Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)Very impressed with the service I received from Winkworth in Winchester. Every aspect of the process so far has been excellent. Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.

The entire team have been incredibly supportive and proactive throughout the entire process, especially when encountering unexpected difficulties along the way. Their knowledge of the local market has been invaluable, as has their professional yet extremely friendly advice. We would recommend them without hesitation.

They were extremely accommodating when arranging viewings and went the extra mile to make things easier for us during a very stressful time. Would highly recommend and use them in the future. Very helpful, kept in touch throughout the sale and achieved it quickly and efficiently. Streets above his competitors & would highly recommend (& use him again if he were in my new area!)

13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Based on our experience, I would not use Charters again and would struggle to recommend them. If communication, proactive management and support throughout the whole process are important to you, I would think very carefully before choosing them.
20th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Overall we were disappointed by the lack of any regular communication. We did receive feedback after viewings, but otherwise we had to take the initiative and request updates. We are now putting the property on the market with a different agent.

Luci works hard and is there whenever you need advice. She kept us updated at all stages of the sale and as others have said she is down to earth, honest and understands the market.
