I bought my house in Wivenhoe through Elms Price and had such a good experience with them. Jamie was a breath of fresh air after dealing with estate agents in London. He was really proactive and always kept me updated, but was never pushy. When it came to exchange and completion, which was definitely the most stressful part, he was there the whole way and I always felt like I could pick up the phone and ask what was going on. Jamie was away on the actual day of completion so Cheryl took over, and she was fantastic too. We discovered there was a gas leak at the property, not exactly the start I was hoping for in my new home! Cheryl was so helpful. She contacted the seller’s solicitor and arranged for a gas engineer they use to come out and sort it for me. I really felt supported by them throughout the whole process, including after I’d actually completed, which says a lot. I’d absolutely recommend Elms Price if you’re buying or selling in Wivenhoe....
