11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Always a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day. Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month

We were kept regularly informed and received calls as promised. As a potential buyer this reflected well on the property being sold and it gave us confidence that communication would continue in such a positive way throughout any purchase.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

8th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Have rented through Martin & Co for nearly a decade now. In September a new Property Manager was assigned to my rental and she has been absolutely wonderful. Jude’s communication is fantastic, she’s extremely prompt and proactive and genuinely a pleasure to speak with.
17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Were the letting agents for a flat I rented. Bounced between Laura and Katherine during my time. A professional service and amenable to ensure they could accommodate when necessary to ensure I was present for inspections. As with any change over there were teething problems but I was always treated with respect and the team friendly. My main feedback would be that at times written communication can feel very direct and formal compared to face to face or over the phone; however this is likely due to the legal side of the business ensuring they’re covered.

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We had a great experience both selling our house and purchasing our new home via Oulsnam (especially when interacting with both Sarah and Claire). They were very attentive, professional, knowledgeable, responsive to emails and good at communicating with solicitors/mortgage advisers, buyers and vendors as needed. They managed to sell our house very quickly, as well as a second time when it initially fell through; and also making us aware of houses which might be suitable for purchase which were about to come on to market. Would definitely recommend!

From the start, with all the things that are involved in taking on a property and any maintenance that needs to be done, it has all gone very smoothly and the reason for that is great communication, it's really appreciated. The support and guidance they gave us and they went above and beyond to get our house sold and into our new home! If in future I was to sell again I wouldn’t hesitate to use them all. 3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.

Great communication throughout as well, with a genuine sense of urgency when it was needed. Low fees compared to the bigger firms in Herefordshire but a much more personable service and better outcome
