He is very perceptive at matching landlords with tenants. Through Peter keeping who we are and what we were hoping for in mind he found us our dream place after just one previous viewing. By this point we'd had viewings with various other local estate agents and we can state categorically that Peter is of a calibre that you'd hope to find but rarely do. Professional, genuine and delivers.<br>Furthermore our experience so far of the general services of the agency has been professional and congenial and we would gladly recommend.

They followed up after our viewing and even though technically we weren’t their clients, they were always helpful and friendly. If I was to put our house on the market they would definitely be on top of the list of agencies I’d consider going with.

We particularly liked how she got answers to our questions from the vendors and passed these back to us quickly. When viewing other properties, we have found that often our questions have not been answered. Having this additional information, made a material difference.
