They thoroughly explained each step (in a way that was easy for me to understand). The team provided expert advice especially when I needed help with how to prepare and present my house ready for photos and viewings - I really needed their guidance and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Every team member from SweetMove; including Simon, Emily, Kate and Sarah have been only too happy to give me their time and never made me feel rushed. They kept in close contact throughout the process which has been amazing. An additional mention of their brilliant photographer Andrew. He captured the key elements of my property and the resulting photos were so great I’d want to buy the house myself all over again! These highly professional photos made a huge difference to presenting my house online. Viewings were arranged quickly, with plenty of notice given to me and feedback after each viewing. It’s clear that SweetMove cared about the process and selling my house - they did a fantastic job and I’m so pleased with the outcome. Thank you all.

We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

We were consistently delighted with the quality, efficiency and professionalism of their service. We could see clearly how they represented and assisted the vendor whilst offering excellent advice and support to us, the buyers. Their clear communication with both parties and their legal representatives made the whole process as smooth as possible. Calm, cheerful and supportive staff really make a difference during home moving. We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!

Highly recommend * UPDATE * It’s been 8 years since I first went with Davis and Lund I couldn’t recommend Shane and Caitlin enough on the lettings side A friendly team who are always to hand when issues arise and always quick to respond to solve any problems that may have arisen. Highly recommended????????

She was very prompt with getting documents across to me and responding to any questions I had, even around the Christmas period. The process couldn’t have been easier and I am very thankful for that!

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe.
