5th May 2026 (3 days ago)When buying the house 5 years ago. We had problems with the solicitors they recommended. They said it would make the process easier as they would talk to each other without our input. They did not talk to each other and we had to do they run around 1 day before completion. We also purchased the house lifetime mortgage advisor service they offered. This year when changing providers came up, we were told to pay £99 admin fee for the mortgage brokering fee even though we had paid £499 for the lifetime broker offer. And again, there were miscommunication between broker and solicitor as the lump sum we were using on down payment was not told to the solicitor it was a gift. Meaning we were charged extra to overpay our existing mortgage provider the lump sum so we didn’t miss the completion date. I would strongly advise going elsewhere for mortgage deals and solicitors as we had very bad experiences with both.- 29th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Kara was very helpful throughout my property buying process. She answered emails quickly, and was able to arrange a second viewing at very short notice. This in turn led to the successful purchase of the property, and large credit is due to Kara's professionalism and fast response times. Thank you, keep up the excellent work!

Our initial viewing was with Lauren, who was welcoming, knowledgeable, and able to provide great insight into the local area. Following this, Naish were very accommodating when we requested a second viewing, making the process smooth and straightforward. Once our offer was accepted, we dealt with Kim Riley, who was fantastic throughout. She played a key role in liaising between us and the vendors, helping to keep communication flowing and ensuring that queries were answered quickly. Her proactive approach undoubtedly helped to speed up the purchase process and likely reduced the workload on the solicitors as well. Overall, the team at Naish made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable, and we would highly recommend their service

We were consistently delighted with the quality, efficiency and professionalism of their service. We could see clearly how they represented and assisted the vendor whilst offering excellent advice and support to us, the buyers. Their clear communication with both parties and their legal representatives made the whole process as smooth as possible. Calm, cheerful and supportive staff really make a difference during home moving. We would recommend anyone considering a move in the Pocklington area to check out this Estate Agent, they were excellent.
5th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Sold our old house and bought the new one through Stephensons in Easingwold. It was quite a journey as the sale fell through initially but got there in the end. All the staff were first class, and kept in touch at every stage, even when not much was happening, to provide reassurance. They all worked very hard being the scenes to ensure everything moved as smoothly as possible. I'd highly recommend using Stephensons for a top rate service all round. Thank you.

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!

Ben took some great pictures even let us wait for a good day when the sun was shining. We turned everything around in one week and the house was on the market. 4 weeks later we have a buyer, 3 months later we are handing over the keys, how wonderful. These guys are the best. Excellent knowledge & understanding people, nothing is too much trouble, we were kept in the loop at every stage of the sale. Love the app that gives you all the viewing details. 1st May 2026 (7 days ago)I recently both sold and purchased a property through Rezee, and both aspects of the move were managed brilliantly. George, the owner, was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and reassuring when he came to value my home. The house was photographed and listed within just a few days, and we accepted an offer less than two weeks later, which suited our timescales perfectly. Regarding the purchase, Rezee requires an upfront deposit to secure a property. Although I was a little unsure at first, I ended up really liking this structure as it deters time-wasters and provides genuine peace of mind for all parties involved. I also want to give a special call-out to the office team—Katie, Fran, and Amy. I naturally had a lot of questions, and they played a massive part in supporting the process and proactively chasing solicitors to keep things moving. Thank you all for helping us secure our forever home.

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe.
