Chris understood our property and requirements form first visit, and get us on the market in line with our timeframes. The pictures taken made the house look fantastic. During the length of the sales process all members of Dee Atkinson were diligent, friendly and helpful, however particular mention to Cameron, who was absolutely brilliant - professional, friendly, with great advice, and always available - 5 stars. He really made a big difference for us.

21st Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Very rubbish service,made an offer for the shop in the chesterfield,Patrick way and never had the response that the offer has been rejected by the landlord,when rang again they told me that the offer has been rejected and then I change my offer and still haven’t heard anything. So don’t recommend at all…

He is an expert in the field and I would recommend him and his partner Sue to anyone looking to sell their property. They have maintained contact at all times and any queries I have had they have dealt with promptly and efficiently. Nicholas carries out all the viewings himself so gets to understand what the potential buyer is looking for and follows them up then provides feedback to me. 5 star service at all times.

The service was very profesional from viewing, move in and on going comunication. The maintenance team are very profesional and provide regular updates if there is any maintenance required. Really happy with the property and the Squarefoot Team.

8th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)Recently bought a house, and NJG Estate Agents were representing the seller. I honestly can’t express how well Nick Grobler handled everything from start to finish. The process ended up taking longer than expected (through no one’s fault), but Nick stayed on top of it the whole way — even while on holiday, he was taking calls and sorting out issues so things could move forward. When the house ran into a bit of trouble, Nick didn’t just sit back or hide behind a phone — he was hands-on, dealing with things directly and making sure everyone stayed in the loop. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting things done properly. He told me he’d look after me , and he really did. I’d trust NJG Estate Agents — and especially Nick — any day. Proper professional, but also down-to-earth and reliable.

16th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)I found Simon to be extremely amiable and accommodating but, I am afraid the communication afterwards was poor. The very few conversations we had were predominantly instigated by me. We only had one viewing which I was told was because the market is slow. I am not sure how proactive Simon was with trying to sell my property. I do realise it seems properties are not selling as quickly in the present climate.
22nd Aug 2026 (2 days ago)The team were highly communicative, handled all viewings and helpful at every stage. I found both Tom and Karen to be extremely helpful and insightful throughout the sales process in what was a difficult selling period. Their advice and guidance proved invaluable.
