Roger and Chantelle were our main points of contact and both were excellent throughout the process. The negotiations were handled professionally and fairly, and we always felt that both sides were being treated with respect. Roger in particular struck the perfect balance between being approachable and highly professional, which made a real difference when it came to securing the deal. A special thank you has to go to Chantelle, who was outstanding in keeping everything moving. She kept us fully updated at every stage, maintained clear communication between all parties, and worked hard behind the scenes to ensure the process stayed on track. Her proactive approach helped make what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed, and the speed at which everything came together was a real credit to her efforts. Overall, the whole team at David Hill were a pleasure to deal with. They were responsive, organised, and clearly committed to getting the best outcome for everyone involved. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell, and we are very grateful for the part they played in helping us secure our new home.

Tailored and catered to your needs. Everything checked and in order with the landlords so as a tenant you get to rent good properties that are well maintained with correct certificates for all appliances/gas etc. I would highly recommend there services to renters/prospective landlords buyers and sellers. All I can say is that from that initial meeting to the actual completion of our sale Lisa was on top of everything and did what she promised. Its a rare thing to actually become fond of your estate agent but with Lisa we did. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling their property.

The service was very profesional from viewing, move in and on going comunication. The maintenance team are very profesional and provide regular updates if there is any maintenance required. Really happy with the property and the Squarefoot Team.

Joanna has been so incredibly helpful, supportive and professional throughout the process. I am extremely impressed with the service, in a world where so many companies really fall short in this area, Jorys estates are one of the few who go the extra mile and will do anything to help their customers. They’ve made the whole experience so much more enjoyable and easy. I’d highly recommend working with them!
